I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changed to the services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged 60% of the cost of the scheduled service. No Call / No Show If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No Refunds Policy All services provided are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify me during your appointment so adjustments can be made at that time. Disclaimer Due to my husband’s military schedule and limited childcare, my baby may be present during select appointments.
